Total Tankless of SoCal was founded in Los Angeles in 2021 to give Southern California homeowners one thing that was hard to find: a team that works on tankless water heaters every single day.

Tankless water heaters changed fast. Condensing designs, ultra-low NOx burners, smart controllers and brand-specific error codes made them more efficient and more complex. Meanwhile, most homeowners were still calling general plumbers who saw one tankless unit a month.
Owner Kevin Vinters started Total Tankless of SoCal to close that gap. The plan was simple: focus on tankless systems, get our technicians factory-certified by leading manufacturers, publish our prices and do every install to code.
Today we install, repair and maintain tankless systems across Los Angeles, Orange and Ventura Counties for homeowners and commercial properties. We also handle general plumbing like pipes, drains and gas lines. Many of our customers find us through recommendations in local Reddit threads, Nextdoor and neighborhood Facebook groups, and we work to keep earning that.
