1. Agreement to Terms

By using socaltotaltankless.com or booking services with Total Tankless of SoCal ("we," "us" or "our"), you agree to these Terms of Service and all applicable laws. If you don't agree, please don't use the site or our services.

2. Services

Total Tankless of SoCal provides the following services in Los Angeles, Orange and Ventura Counties, California:

Tankless water heater installation, including required venting, gas line and code upgrades
Tankless water heater repair and diagnostics
Full-service tankless maintenance and basic tankless flushes
General residential and commercial plumbing, including pipes, fittings, water lines, drains and gas lines

Service visits are scheduled Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

3. Estimates and Quotes

Free virtual estimates are based on the photos and information you provide and are given as a price range. They are not a final quote. Installation pricing is confirmed after a free in-home estimate, and repair pricing is confirmed after diagnosis. You will receive a written quote to approve before work begins. Conditions we could not see or reasonably anticipate, such as hidden damage or code issues found during work, may change the scope, and we will get your approval before proceeding with any change.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are in U.S. dollars. Published price ranges on this website, such as installations from $4,500 to $7,500, full maintenance at approximately $479 and basic flushes at approximately $200 to $250, are typical figures and may change without notice. We do not charge hidden admin fees. Payment terms are confirmed in your written quote.

5. Scheduling and Cancellations

Please give us at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a visit. Repeated late cancellations may affect future scheduling. Installation dates may move if permits, inspections, parts or utility work are delayed.

6. Permits and Code Compliance

We pull required permits for installations and build to applicable state and city codes. You agree to provide reasonable access for our technicians and for city inspectors. Some work, such as gas meter upgrades by the utility or homeowner association approvals, may depend on third parties outside our control.

7. Warranties

Equipment is covered by the manufacturer's warranty according to its terms, which we register for installs we perform. Manufacturer warranties often require proper installation, qualified service and regular maintenance, and may exclude damage from scale, freezing, improper water quality or lack of maintenance. If you have a concern about our workmanship, contact us promptly and we will work with you to resolve it.

8. Customer Responsibilities

Provide accurate information about your property and equipment
Provide safe access to the work area and keep children and pets clear during work
Follow the safety instructions we give you, including gas safety guidance

9. Website Content

Guides and articles on this website are general information, not a substitute for an in-person evaluation by a qualified technician. Never attempt gas or venting work yourself. If you smell gas, leave the area and contact your gas utility or 911.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Total Tankless of SoCal is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of this website or our services. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under California law that cannot be waived.

11. Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, graphics, logos and images, belongs to Total Tankless of SoCal or its licensors and is protected by copyright law.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted, and the "Last updated" date shows the latest version.
